Grove Estate, Think Outside the Circle, Sparkling Shiraz 2022

The Grove Estate vineyard is the oldest continuously owned family owned vineyard in the Hilltops, originally planted to Vines and Cherries in the 1860 Gold Rush by the Cunich family. Brian and Suellen Mullany and partners then re-established the vineyard in the late 1900’s. The Cellar Door building is one of the original huts used by the pickers and is a living semblance of those times.

This Sparkling Shiraz is crafted from premium Shiraz grapes grown on blocks 1 and 6 of our Coolbagh Vineyard, nestled in the heart of the Hilltops Region. Fully vine-ripened to perfection, this vibrant wine bursts with luscious red currant and ripe cherry flavours, showcasing the rich, expressive character that defines Hilltops Shiraz. Effervescent, bold, and irresistibly smooth, it’s a true celebration in every glass.
