Senior Cellar Door Operations Manager (Permanent, Full Time)
Grove Estate Wines is seeking a warm, capable and highly organised person to lead the day-to-day operation of our cellar door and wider customer-facing business in Young, NSW.
This is a broad operational leadership role covering people, customer experience, events, wine club, e-commerce, fulfilment and administration. You will report to the General Managers and provide clear day-to-day leadership to employees working across cellar door and customer operations.
Catering Operations Coordinator (Permanent, Full Time)
Grove Estate Wines is seeking a practical, organised and reliable person to take day-to-day ownership of our food preparation, kitchen readiness and catering delivery in Young, NSW.
This is a permanent full-time, hands-on hospitality role. You do not need to be a qualified chef. Our food program is intentionally simple, high-quality and achievable, built around established recipes and straightforward food suited to a winery, cellar door and events environment. This may include pizza and dough, simple pasta and oven-baked dishes, salads, grazing plates, desserts, canapes and other approved food.
The role reports to the Senior Cellar Door Operations Manager and works closely with the cellar door, events and management teams. You may also guide casual, part-time or event-based employees assisting with food preparation and service.
Catering & Cellar Door Assistant (Casual - Level 1)
Grove Estate Wines is looking for a reliable, energetic and practical casual team member to support our catering and cellar door operation in Young, NSW.
This is an entry-level, hands-on hospitality support role suited to someone entering the industry, building early work experience or looking for regular weekend and event work. Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is a good attitude, reliability, cleanliness, willingness to learn and being comfortable working as part of a busy team.
The role supports our Catering Operations Coordinator and wider cellar door team with basic food preparation, simple food running, clearing, dishes, cleaning, restocking, setup and pack-down.
RSA is not required for this position.
Cellar Door Assistant (Casual - Level 2)
Grove Estate Wines is looking for a friendly, reliable and confident casual team member to join our cellar door and front-of-house team in Young, NSW.
This is a hands-on hospitality role focused on bar service, wine tastings, customer service, waiting, weddings and events. You do not need previous winery or cellar door experience, although hospitality, bar, wine, events or customer-service experience is welcomed.
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency is mandatory for this position.
