The Grove Estate Wine Club is the best way for enthusiasts and sommeliers alike to receive regular wine deliveries along with a host of other benefits.
To join, simply submit a request below. Once complete, we’ll be in touch via email or phone to take payment details.
Base membership fees displayed above may vary if the member’s delivery address is considered as a further or distant region. Please see Wine Club Terms & Conditions or Frequently Asked Questions below for further information. Initial sign up is an agreement to a minimum of 12 months membership and receipt of your annual packs.
Should you choose to cancel or pause your membership after the initial 12 month period, written confirmation is required via email to wineclub@groveestate.com.au

Welcome to the Grove Estate Wines Wine Club! Below are the answers to common questions about your membership. For full terms and conditions,please refer to our website or contact us directly.
1. How do membership fees vary depending on my delivery address?
To make things simple, postage costs are included in your membership fee. The base fee applies to delivery addresses where postage costs are $30 or less, which typically includes the ACT, surrounding areas, and most metro regions of NSW, VIC, and Brisbane.
If your delivery address falls outside this range, the following additional charges apply:
Further Regions: +$25 for postage costs between $31 and $55 (e.g., parts of QLD, SA, TAS and some regional areas nation wide).
Distant Regions: +$50 for postage costs between $56 and $80 (e.g., WA, NT and some regional areas nation wide).
For local delivery (10km radius from Grove Estate) or pick up of your member pack, we’ll provide you a bonus wine at the value of $30 or less.
Please keep your delivery address up-to-date. You can update your delivery address by emailing wineclub@groveestate.com.au. If you move to or from a new region, we will assess your address and adjust your membership plan if necessary.
2. When will I receive my wines?
Granite & Quartz Members: Receive packs every 6 months after membership payment.
Red Loam Members: Receive packs every 3 months after membership payment.
Once you submit your request to join the club, we’ll contact you via phone or email to confirm your membership fee and process your first payment. You can then place your first pack order over the phone or via our online Wine Club Member’s Portal.
You’ll be billed automatically as per your billing cycle, so please place your pack orders via the Wine Club Member’s Portal.
If we don’t receive your selection, we’ll ship the same wines as your previous pack.
3. Can I get my pack earlier or later?
You can request to have your pack delivery delayed by emailing wineclub@groveestate.com.au. We are unable to offer early delivery of your membership pack, but you’re most welcome to make an additional order of wines through the Wine Club Member’s Portal.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Your membership requires an initial 12-month commitment.
After this period, you can cancel or pause your membership by emailing us at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, but we’ll deliver any remaining wine packs covered by your last payment.
5. Can I change my membership type?
Absolutely! Just contact us at wineclub@groveestate.com.au, and we’ll help you update your membership tier.
6. When and how can I redeem my complimentary tastings?
Book a tasting at our Cellar Door and let us know you’d like to redeem your complimentary tastings. You can use them all at once or across multiple visits. Just remember, unused tastings reset at the start of each calendar year.
7. Will my membership fee be billed automatically?
Yes.
Granite & Quartz Members: Billed every 6 months.
Red Loam Members: Billed every 3 months.
8. How will I receive my exclusive member discounts on events?
When you sign up, we’ll register your membership in our booking system, Tock. Log into Tock using your member email address to access discounted event pricing.
For member-only events, you’ll be able to view and reserve these directly on Tock when logged in.
9. How will I receive my exclusive member discounts on wine?
At the Cellar Door: Show your ID to a staff member to apply your discount.
Online: Navigate to the Wine Club Member’s Portal to place extra orders and use the discount code we’ll provide you via email on sign up. Do not share this discount code with anyone else. The discount code is only valid for the member’s use and the member’s identity will be verified on purchase. Orders placed by non-members using the member’s discount code cannot be fulfilled.
We’ll also notify you by email about exclusive member-only deals available online or at the Cellar Door. These deals will be visible on the Wine Club Member’s Portal.
10. What if my wine is damaged or incorrect?
If your wine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
11. What if Grove Estate increases membership fees?
Membership fees may increase due to inflation or other costs. We’ll notify you at least 30 days before any changes. If you disagree with the new fee, you can cancel your membership before the updated fees take effect.
12. Can I refer a friend to the Wine Club?
Yes! When you refer a friend, and they complete their first 12 months of membership, you’ll receive a referral bonus. This might include discounts, complimentary bottles, or exclusive offers. Make sure they mention your name when signing up.
13. What happens if unforeseen events cause delays?
We’ll always do our best to deliver on time. However, we’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transportation disruptions.
14. How does Grove Estate protect my privacy?
Your data is protected under the Australian Privacy Act. We’ll only use your details to manage your membership and send updates or promotions. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

GROVE ESTATE WINE CLUBTERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in the Grove Estate Wines Wine Club. By joining, you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Membership Fees and Delivery Costs
1.1 Inclusion of Postage Costs:
The membership fee includes postage costs for delivery addresses where costs are $30 or below. This generally applies to members located in the ACT, surrounding areas, and most metropolitan regions of NSW, VIC, and Brisbane.
1.2 Additional Postage Charges:
Depending on your delivery address, additional charges may apply:
Further Regions: +$25 for delivery addresses where postage costs range from $31 to $55, typically covering parts of QLD, SA, TAS and other regional areas.
Distant Regions: +$50 for delivery addresses where postage costs range from $56 to $80, generally including WA, NT and other regional areas.
1.3 Fee Adjustment Based on Address Changes:
Before each membership payment, members may update their delivery address by emailing wineclub@groveestate.com.au. Grove Estate Wines will confirm the applicable postage costs and adjust membership fees accordingly if necessary.
2. Wine Deliveries
2.1 Initial Pack Selection:
Upon joining, members will receive an email or phone call from the Grove Estate Wines team to pay their first membership fee and place their first pack order. Members can choose a curated pack or customise their selection.
2.2 Recurring Deliveries:
Granite & Quartz Member Packs: Shipped every 6 months after membership payment.
Red Loam Member Packs: Shipped every 3 months after membership payment.
2.3 Early or Delayed Delivery Requests:
Members may request delayed delivery by contacting wineclub@groveestate.com.au. We cannot provide early pack delivery, however, members can make extra orders via the Wine Club Member’s Portal.
2.4 Delivery Errors:
Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery address details provided. Grove Estate Wines is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs arising from incorrect information.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Minimum Membership Term:
Membership requires an initial 12-month commitment, including the receipt of annual packs.
3.2 Cancellation or Pause Requests:
After the initial 12-month term, members may cancel or pause their membership by providing written notice via email to wineclub@groveestate.com.au at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
3.3 Refunds and Remaining Packs:
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. If a membership is cancelled or paused after the initial term, Grove Estate Wines will deliver any wine packs covered by the last membership fee.
4. Membership Management
4.1 Membership Type Changes:
Members may request a change to their membership tier by contacting wineclub@groveestate.com.au.
4.2 Automatic Billing:
Membership fees will be billed automatically:
Every 6 months for Granite and Quartz members.
Every 3 months for Red Loam members.
Members must keep delivery and payment details up to date.
5. Member Benefits
5.1 Complimentary Tastings:
Members may redeem complimentary tastings at the Cellar Door. Tastings may be used for a group or across multiple visits. Unused tastings reset annually.
5.2 Event Discounts:
Discounts for events will automatically apply when members book through Grove Estate’s event platform, Tock, using their registered member email address.
5.3 Wine Discounts:
At the Cellar Door: Discounts will be applied upon verification of membership with a valid ID or membership keyring.
Online Store: Members must navigate to the Wine Club Member’s Portal and use the discount code provided by Grove Estate to apply their tier discounts for additional orders.
5.4 Online Discount Codes:
Discount codes are exclusively for the personal use of the designated wine club member.
Members must not share their discount code with any other individual or entity.
Orders placed using a member's discount code will be subject to verification of the member's identity.
Any orders made by non-members using a member's discount code will be cancelled and will not be fulfilled. Funds for such orders will be refunded, minus any administration and commission fees incurred through our operating software.
5.5 Member Referral Program:
Members who refer a friend to the Wine Club are eligible for a referral bonus once the new member completes their initial 12-month term. Referral bonuses may include discounts on future packs, complimentary bottles, or exclusive offers as determined by Grove Estate Wines. To qualify, the new member must mention the referring member at the time of sign-up.
6. Price Variation
Grove Estate Wines reserves the right to adjust membership fees at any time to account for inflation, operational costs, and other market factors. Members will receive at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes via email. Continued membership beyond the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated fees. Members may cancel their membership as per the cancellation policy if they do not agree to the new fees.
7. Data Privacy and Communication
Grove Estate Wines collects and processes personal information in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act. By joining the Wine Club, members consent to receiving emails and other communications about membership benefits, deliveries, and promotions. Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting service-related notifications.
8. Returns and Replacement Policy
If a wine delivery is damaged, defective, or incorrect, members must notify Grove Estate Wines within 7 days of receipt. Grove Estate Wines will arrange for a replacement or refund at its discretion. Members may be required to return the affected items.
9. Force Majeure Clause
Grove Estate Wines is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations under these T&Cs due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.
10. General
10.1 T&Cs Modifications:
Grove Estate Wines reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members.
10.2 Membership Suspension or Cancellation:
Grove Estate Wines reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership for breach of these T&Cs, including non-payment.
10.3 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be addressed through negotiation in good faith. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.4 Governing Law:
