Our 2025Fiano, crafted by winemaker Bryan Martin, is lifted and expressive, with aromas of sea spray, melon skin, stone fruit and fresh nettle. The minimal-intervention winemaking approach lets the character of the fruit take centre stage, with a generous, full-flavoured palate layered with ripe melon, fleshy stone fruit, honeysuckle and subtle nutty notes.
