The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Cabernet from our vineyards in the Hilltops Region.  This wine captures the “Spirit of the Hilltops”.  Low yielding cool climate Cabernet picked at the optimum Baumé of 14.

This Cabernet is a beautifully structured wine, offering both immediate enjoyment and the potential to evolve gracefully over time. Its well-balanced tannins provide elegance and depth, while rich dark chocolate notes linger on the palate, creating a luxurious and lasting finish.
