The 2021 single block Method Traditionnelle is 100% Chardonnay picked from the Flanders block property which is beside Grove Estate. The grapes were hand picked and immediately fermented and allowed to settle on lees for 9 months. The wine was then bottled and the secondary ferment continued in the bottle for a further 12 months. Then riddled, disgorged and labelled. The wine has a fine mousse that caresses the palate. Lovely complexity and balance of acid and fruit. A stunning wine!
