The 2021 Single Block Méthode Traditionnelle is an exceptional expression of elegance and craftsmanship. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is sourced exclusively from the renowned Flanders Block, neighbouring Grove Estate.

Hand-picked at peak ripeness, the grapes were gently pressed and underwent primary fermentation before resting on lees for nine months, enhancing its depth and texture. The wine was then bottled for secondary fermentation, ageing gracefully for a further 12 months before being meticulously riddled, disgorged, and hand-labelled.

The result is a sparkling wine of remarkable finesse, with a delicate, persistent mousse that caresses the palate. Its beautifully layered complexity is balanced by bright acidity and refined fruit purity, culminating in a sophisticated and luxurious finish.
