Our intimate elopement packages are designed for couples who want a beautiful, stress-free celebration with their closest loved ones.

On the lawns overlooking the vineyard, your ceremony will be framed by sweeping vineyard views—just a step away from our beautiful cellar door, which will be yours exclusively for the duration of your elopement.

With everything included—from celebrant, photography, florals and cake to grazing plates, hot bites and wine—your special day will be truly effortless, elegant, and unforgettable.

The Setting

Say your vows on the Grove Estate lawns overlooking the vineyard — a picturesque, open setting framed by vines and endless sky.

If the weather turns, our covered terrace offers a beautiful, effortless wet-weather alternative with full bar access and a seamless flow into post-ceremony celebrations.

To ensure total privacy, our Cellar Door closes exclusively for the day, giving each couple and their guests uninterrupted use of the venue and facilities.

Date & Availability

We’ll open Vineyard Vows with a single day of elopements — Sunday 1 March 2026 — featuring four exclusive time slots throughout the day.

Available Time Slots:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM Morning
  • 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM Midday
  • 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM Afternoon
  • 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM Sunset

Each elopement includes a 1.5-hour experience with 2.5 hours between sessions for setup and reset.

Essential Package — $4K

🍷 Discover Your Venue — Grove Estate $1.5K

  • Venue: Exclusive venue for the event duration, including an elegant ceremony set-up on the vineyard lawns and a private cellar door for celebrations to follow.

  • Food: Roaming canapés + grazing plate package.

  • Beverage: Diverse bar with Grove Estate wines, craft and classic beers, and a range of non-alcoholic options. Please note, a bar tab is required and will be charged automatically upon your departure.

  • Planning and service delivery: Dedicated event coordinator to plan and deliver the event, and on-site bartenders and servers.

  • Lawn games (weather permitting).

  • Bluetooth speaker system for your curated playlist.

  • Display easels for signage, such as welcome signs.

  • Full cleaning and pack-down service.

🍰 Meet Your Baker — Naked Cakes by Morgan $150

Morgan creates beautifully simple, delicious cakes that perfectly suit an intimate celebration. Her elopement inclusion features a small cake or selection of cupcakes — handcrafted with care and ready to share with your closest family and friends.

Vineyard Vows — Terms & Conditions

General

Vineyard Vows is an exclusive elopement experience hosted by Grove Estate Wines (“Grove Estate”) in collaboration with selected local vendors (“the Vendors”).

By confirming a booking, the couple (“the Client”) agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Each Vendor operates independently, including independent contract(s) and payment methods which the couple (“the Client”) must separately agree to in order to proceed with the booking. Each vendor is solely responsible for the delivery of their services as outlined in their individual agreements.

Booking & Payment

Full payment of the total package price ($4,000 excluding bar tab and optional add-ons) is required upfront to secure the booking.

Payments are non-refundable in the event of Client cancellation.

All booking details, including optional add-ons must be confirmed and paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations & Refunds

In the event that the Client cancels, all payments made are non-refundable.

If the event cannot proceed due to government restrictions, partner separation or partner illness, paid funds can be reallocated towards another event rescheduled within 6 months of the original booking.

Weather & Contingency

Ceremonies are held outdoors on the lawns, weather permitting.

In the event of unsuitable weather, the ceremony will move to Grove Estate’s covered terrace area.

Wet-weather changes are made at the discretion of Grove Estate staff and are final.

Bar & Beverage Service

A compulsory bar tab applies for each elopement.

All alcohol must be purchased and served by Grove Estate staff in accordance with NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) laws.

Outside drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are strictly prohibited.

Menu & Dietary Requirements

Service Style & Inclusions: Grazing plates and canapés are included as part of the Essential Package. Service aligns strictly with your allocated session window.

Menu: Menu items are seasonal and subject to availability; equivalent substitutions may be made without notice due to supply, quality, or other business considerations.

Final Numbers: Must be confirm 30 days prior.

Dietary Requirements: All dietary needs (allergies, coeliac, vegan, etc.) must be advised in writing no later than 30 days prior. Late notifications will be accommodated on a best-efforts basis only. Depending on your guest dietary requirements, you will need to select suitable canapés option to fulfil their needs. More complex dietary requirements will be catered to where possible on a case-by-case basis.

Allergen Disclaimer: Our kitchen and suppliers handle common allergens (including gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, sesame, seafood). While reasonable care is taken, trace contamination cannot be guaranteed. Clients with severe allergies should assess suitability before booking.

Children/Infants: Elopements are designed for small adult groups; child-specific menus are not available unless agreed in writing 30 days prior.

External Food: No outside food may be brought onsite, except for the included cake/cupcakes by Naked Cakes by Morgan or pre-approved medical/infant needs.

Leftovers & Takeaway: For food safety, leftover food is not packaged to take away.

Timing: Food and beverage service must occur within the booked session; delays caused by Client/guests may shorten service time without refund.

Event Duration & Access

Each elopement includes a 1.5-hour experience; Grove Estate reserves 2.5 hours between sessions for setup/reset.

Clients and guests must depart at the scheduled conclusion time.

Access to property/areas is limited to the allocated session only.

Guest Numbers & Conduct

Maximum 20 guests per elopement.

Guests must follow venue rules, RSA laws, and staff directions.

The Client is responsible for guest conduct and any damage.

Styling, Décor & Confetti

Grove Estate and vendors provide classic ceremony set-up, lawn games (weather permitting), flowers, easels, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Additional styling/décor requires prior approval.

Confetti bombs (incl. biodegradable) are not permitted; flower petal (fresh or dried) confetti only.

Liability

Grove Estate and Vendors take reasonable care but accept no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss before, during, or after the event.

Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings.

Communication & Planning

The Essential Package includes two (2) x 30-minute consultations with Grove Estate. Other vendors may follow this guideline or have their own process.

Bespoke/custom requests fall outside the package and may incur additional fees.

Agreement

By paying and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including that each Vendor operates independently within the Vineyard Vows collaboration.
