Our 2024 Sangiovese, crafted by Bryan Martin, spent around 11 months in predominantly aged French puncheons, resulting in a beautifully soft and approachable wine. Perfect for the Australian summer, it’s best enjoyed slightly chilled on warmer days—we recommend serving it no warmer than 16°C for optimal freshness and balance.
