Our Hilltops Merlot is a softer version of our Cabernet. Merlot is actually a clone of Cabernet Sauvignon that is lighter, and some would say smoother than its cousin Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine is very smooth, red cherries and black plums on the palate.
