This Cabernet Sauvignon is grown at our Bit O’ Heaven vineyard on the southern side of Young at an elevation of 550 metres. The rich red soil produces magnificent dry land Cabernet. With time, this wine has aged beautifully, enhancing its cabernet fragrance, deepening its red-berry flavours, and allowing its assertive tannins to soften elegantly. A standout wine from the Hilltops, now showcasing remarkable complexity and refinement.
