Grove Estate, The Partners, Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Cabernet from our vineyards in the Hilltops Region.  This wine captures the “Spirit of the Hilltops”.  Low yielding cool climate Cabernet picked at the optimum Baumé of 14.

This Cabernet is crafted to be consumed over the next 5 years, although it will cellar for many more. Well balanced tannins with a lovely dark chocolate lingers in the palate well after the wine is consumed.
